Why did I get no score for my page?
The page builds its content in the browser, so the scanner could not read it. MAIO reports this instead of showing a misleading score.
Why was my page not scanned at all?
The site's robots.txt does not allow our scanner (GEObot), or the page is not public. Details: /bot.
Why does my Shopify store show different categories?
Shopify pages are scored with a Shopify-specific set that includes merchant trust. Compare scores only between pages scored the same way.
Why do I have to sign in?
The app runs under a MAIO account, so usage limits apply to you and not to everyone at once. You sign in on maioai.com; ChatGPT never sees your password.
How do I delete my data?
Email privacy@maioai.com from your account address. We delete the account and the app's usage records for it.
Does it change my site?
No. It only reads the page and suggests fixes.
How do I report a wrong result?
Email support@maioai.com with the page address.
